  • Shipping to any location outside of the US, requires a separate shipping quote and you are responsible for all customs fees imposed. You must inform us of your voltage requirements in your area. Kilns are shipped without a plug for international shipments but are easily attached by you. It is highly recommended that insurance for your product is purchased as we are not responsible for lost or damaged products.

Glass Wolf Studio reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
